ORDERING GOODS ONLINE
If you place an order, you will have to provide personal information to me. I will not disclose that information to any third party, except for the purpose of arranging delivery.
PAYMENT
All payment for Goods and for the cost of packaging and delivery must be made before the Goods are delivered.
Payment online can be made by credit or debit card. At my discretion, I may accept payment by cheque or other means. In all cases, delivery cannot occur until the payment has been made. In the case of a payment by cheque, this will be after the cheque has been cleared.
Eco Soaps does not store any of your bank or credit/debit card information. These are processed securely using Paypal so your personal information remains private.
DELIVERY / P&P
Delivery is within UK only. Postage is £3.50 or FREE on orders over £24.99.
I will aim to dispatch the goods within 5 working days of receiving your order, but I regret that no times or dates provided by me can be guaranteed.
I will arrange for packing and I will decide on the method of delivery either by post, courier or otherwise.
Please contact me within 48 hours or receipt of any Goods if they appear to be damaged in transit. In this case, please also keep all packaging as this may be required when making a claim.
CANCELLATION
You will have a right to cancel an order for any reason for up to 7 days from the day you receive your goods.
I cannot accept the return of goods that have been used. You are responsible for the cost incurred by returning the goods.
This only applies if you have bought your goods from me and not from one of my stockists.
Cancellation must be confirmed to me in writing and you must return the goods unused and safely packaged, within 14 days from the cancellation date.
I will refund the purchase price to you within 30 days of the cancellation notice but I reserve the right to charge any reasonable costs I incur in connection with the return of the Goods.
WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
I warrant to you that the Goods ordered by you will meet the description as shown on my website (or any other description given to you in writing).
I will not have any responsibility for any damage which occurs to the Goods after delivery.
Liability to you for loss or damage shall under no circumstances exceed the total amount you have paid for those Goods. (However, I cannot exclude legal liability for death or personal injury which is proved to be due to my negligence).
This does not affect your statutory rights under the UK consumer protection laws currently in force.
If the goods you order are out of stock, I will contact you as soon as possible and refund you or arrange an alternative.
I will not store any personal information about you.
